Join us for a truly nourishing experience at Bella Doula Retreats in Iceland, set in the breathtaking coastal village of Arnarstapi on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, where mountains meet the sea and stories come alive in the lava landscape.

Our adventure begins with a shared drive from Reykjavík, where we'll pause to soak and unwind healing geothermal baths at Krauma, before continuing on to our cozy retreat space, the Arnarstapi Center. There, we’ll settle in and gather for a delicious welcome dinner after a wonderful day of warmth, connection and renewal.

The days that follow will unfold in a rich, heart-centred rhythm, weaving together inspiring morning awakening sessions, essence-based wellness rituals, self-care practices, and deep learning circles drawn from the wellspring of women’s wisdom. Each moment is thoughtfully designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit, reconnecting you with the purpose, presence, and sacredness of the work you do in supporting and caring for young families.

This is more than a retreat, it’s a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and return home to yourself, surrounded by nature and the sisterhood of doulas from around the world.

 Prices:

• Single room:  €1,350 (early bird) | €1,550 (from Jan 15 2026)

• Double room:  €1,210 (early bird) | €1,410 (from Jan 15 2026)

What is included:

• Transportation to the venue: Depart Reykjavík Thursday morning at 10:00, with a relaxing stop at the Thermal Baths of Krauma on the way to Arnarstapi. Return from Arnarstapi to Reykjavík on Sunday.

• Entrance to Krauma geothermal baths on Thursday.

• Accommodation from Thursday to Sunday.

• All meals during the retreat are in included, breakfast, lunch, 3 course dinners (except lunch on Thursday). Vegetarian and Vegan options available.
